This is the first yarn that I plan to turn into a snowboarding hat.
I'll post the results soon.

It's time I resurrected this little blog (haven't posted since last year). I'm starting NaNoWriMo tuesday. So far I've prepared 3 characters and started hammering out my plot. The writing should be fun, agonizing, big, dreamy and relentless.
I'm working on my December PhatFiber samples today. Trying to decide whether to do Angelina one more time or to do something else. The theme is Childhood Favorites... and Angelina is like candy which is one of my all time childhood favorites...Esp. bubblegum and Lemonheads.
Yesterday we banded Stanley. Not my favorite thing to have to do. I was having trouble sleeping last night because I was worried about him. This morning, he's his normal little self if only a little quieter. Being a ranch mom is fun and rewarding... even if sometimes unpleasant.
Now it's time to figure out breakfast... maybe some homemade focaccia bread made into french toast? hmmmm... or I'm kinda craving biscuits and gravy...

Cleaning house...
It's time to clean things up a little around here. Life has taken some twists and turns since I last posted.
The house is probably a good 80% done.
We're a little weary, but life is good.
