Sweet... anything else I write today is gravy!

It's time I resurrected this little blog (haven't posted since last year). I'm starting NaNoWriMo tuesday. So far I've prepared 3 characters and started hammering out my plot. The writing should be fun, agonizing, big, dreamy and relentless. I'm working on my December PhatFiber samples today. Trying to decide whether to do Angelina one more time or to do something else. The theme is Childhood Favorites... and Angelina is like candy which is one of my all time childhood favorites...Esp. bubblegum and Lemonheads. Yesterday we banded Stanley. Not my favorite thing to have to do. I was having trouble sleeping last night because I was worried about him. This morning, he's his normal little self if only a little quieter. Being a ranch mom is fun and rewarding... even if sometimes unpleasant. Now it's time to figure out breakfast... maybe some homemade focaccia bread made into french toast? hmmmm... or I'm kinda craving biscuits and gravy...

Cleaning house...

It's time to clean things up a little around here. Life has taken some twists and turns since I last posted.

The house is probably a good 80% done.

We're a little weary, but life is good.

The 2nd Annual Classified Employee Craft Fair will be held Saturday, November 14, 2009, from 9am-4pm in the Student Union Building. You don’t have to be an ASC Employee to participate. All are welcome. Encourage all family members and friends throughout the Valley and beyond to come and enjoy the fun. Hard copy registration forms can be picked up at the One Stop or the ASC Print Shop. Online Applications and details are available at adams.edu/committees/cec We will be accepting vendors of unique handmade items, supplies for creating handmade items, homemade jams/jellies, baked goods, art works, etc. The fee is $20.00 for a 10 X 10 space. A second 10 X 10 space fee is only $10.00. Fees must accompany application. Tables/Chairs and electricity will be available on request. This is a great way to kick off the holiday season. Let’s make this a huge success! Application deadline is November 9, 2009. However if you know someone who would still like to participate after this date please let us know.
